OXYGEN PLEASE! WOW-TWO MILES BATTLING THE ELEMENTS IS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT THAN IN THE INNER SANCTUM OF MY HOME, WARMTH, VH-1 , AND THE STEADY PACE OF THE TREADMILL
...SCENERY DOESN'T CHANGE MUCH, BUT I AM ALRIGHT WITH THAT!!
JORDAN, MY RUNNING PARTNER IS MUCH YOUNGER THAN ME, BUT MUCH WISER ON THE TRAIL...
TOMORROW-HILLS??! UGH.

If you need oxygen.... being a non runner I dont know if you'll want to take my advice, but, I hear if you dont breath heavy you'll be better off... lol j/k.... besides the twinkies that you're giving up... ( a fav. of mine ) what do you think about giving up steak or sushi? lol... I guess that's why I'm not running marathons... lol Have a great show!!
It is true that if you try to keep yout breathing more even in the beginning that yes you can run better longer. Despite what you think sushi actually is kinda help full its an ok thing to eat for runners lots of protein in little fish... And Brooke you didnt need oxygen just a momnet or two to rest...ZZZ
Welllll smack my "goose" .... someone on my side about sushi... just need a thumbs up on the steak... should that be well done? or medium rare, for you jogger types? lol...... p.s. if I ran I'd be listening to Barry too... and heck throw a little KC and the Sunshine band in there while you're at it!! :)
